We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a customer-oriented approach.

• Generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Contact leads through cold calling, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate repeat business.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

• Proven work experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales management systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• High school diploma;
  Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
