Shift: 8H Day

Description:

Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

Requisition Comments and cover sheet required at time of submission. 8am-5pm. Primarily a phone triage role. Primary duties include:
Telephone triage and assessment, education, collaboration and coordination of healthcare and community resources. Assist provider's with follow up of test results and assists with coordinating care. Provide patient education and teaching. Flu vaccine required prior to start. Orientation is weekly. BLS-AHA required. ASAP start dates only. Must have active MA license. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months to be considered (perm, per diem, contract).
