This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Import Coordinator based in Edinburg, TX. The Import Coordinator will manage the coordination and execution of import processes, including customs documentation and compliance. Responsibilities include liaising with customs brokers, managing documentation for ocean freight, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and support in all aspects of import operations.

• Experience with Customs Brokerage and understanding of import regulations and processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge and experience related to Ocean freight shipping and logistics
• Previous experience or familiarity with Import management and procedures
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant tools and systems, such as Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
