Telephone Operator PT

Universal Health Services - 1102 W. TRENTON ROAD [Switchboard Operator] As a Telephone Operator at Universal Health Services, you'll:
Be responsible for receiving incoming phone calls and answering them in a positive and courteous manner;
Accurately transfer offsite and in-hour calls, effectively using a pager for in-house, offsite, and overhead paging;
Announce all hospital codes, update PBX directories, and assist in registration when needed;
Work multiple telephone-lines and handle a heavy volume of calls per shift that may come with many interruptions.
