This is a full-time on-site role in Edinburg, TX, for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate staff schedules, manage administrative responsibilities, and support the senior management to ensure the practice operates smoothly. The role also involves addressing patient needs, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.
Qualifications- Strong administrative and management skills, including team coordination and schedule management.
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in healthcare operations, with knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements (e.g., TMB or Quad A standards preferred).
- Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong adaptability and capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a medical or aesthetic practice is a valuable asset.
