• Provide technical support to engineering team members, including assisting with design, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of engineering projects.
• Conduct research and gather relevant data to support engineering analysis and decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of engineering processes, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Perform complex calculations, measurements, and data analysis to support engineering evaluations and reports.
• Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the engineering field.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level engineering technicians as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Associate degree in engineering technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Technician in Subdivision and Land Development, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, concepts, and practices.
• Proficiency in using engineering software, tools, and equipment.
• Familiarity with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy of designs.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
