Scope of Job

• Assist in the preparation of departmental reports. Perform analysis of department data and identify areas of opportunity and change and then use data to evaluate effectiveness, and progress
• Provides general program information and materials to students and/or direct students to the appropriate student services resources
• Prepare presentations directed to medical students, and/or faculty
• Collaborate with staff on career development programs, workshops, and events
• Assist in the creation of publications, flyers, email campaigns, online promotion of events and services
• Research and implement marketing strategies
