This full-time, on-site role as a Sales Manager is based in Edinburg, TX. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, setting and meeting sales targets, and leading a motivated and high-performing team. The Sales Manager will collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize performance, and grow the business. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Experience in team management, leadership, and employee development
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, including car sales, trading, and servicing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
• Organizational and analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and improving operations
• Proficiency in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Previous experience in automotive sales or management is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
