Position: Administrative Assistant (Client Maintenance)

Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish)

Edinburg, TX

We’re hiring a friendly and reliable bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our insurance office. If you enjoy helping people, are comfortable with computers, and communicate well in Spanish, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls in Spanish and English
  • Assist clients with payments, PCP changes, and account updates
  • Explain insurance information clearly and professionally
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties
  • Accurately document client interactions
Requirements
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
  • Office or customer service experience preferred
Schedule & Training
  • 30–40 hours per week (as needed)
  • Training provided
