We are looking for independent thinkers with strong problem-solving and communication skills who enjoy variety and can complete tasks in a timely, professional manner. • Look around the property and communicate to the customer about things you could repair or our company can handle.
• Take time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
• Sometimes fix a small issue and explain to the customer how we are capable of doing more.
• Be punctual, efficient, and maintain the highest integrity while striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team and demonstrate the ability and willingness to exceed customer expectations.

• Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Proper equipment knowledge: not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
• Troubleshooting skills: quick thinker with the ability to examine problems and provide prompt, professional resolutions.
• Presentable: clean-cut appearance, decent-looking vehicle, organized tools.

• Carpentry, door and window installations, deck building and repairs, trim and framing, painting, exterior repairs (multi-skilled).
• Good overall knowledge of all trades and the ability to perform a range of tasks as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• $35.00 per hour to start — review after 90 days.
• Mileage and cell phone allowance; vacation pay.
• W-2 status with the flexibility of an independent-type role.
• Monday through Friday work week (8am to 5pm) – no weekend work.
