Position Summary

Our sales team is looking for a high-performing Account Executive (AE), who will be responsible for selling the cybersecurity services FRSecure provides to external parties, driving growth and revenue of the organization. This role focuses on finding, developing, and building new business services to new clients. It is ideal for a driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in building lasting client relationships and has exceptional follow-through.

Proven experience consistently meeting or exceeding quota, paired with resilience and stamina in navigating a competitive market and overcoming challenges, is required.

Working Location

This position is available on a full-time remote basis only in the following states:
Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin. Candidates based in the Edina, Minnesota area are eligible to work remote, hybrid, or in the office. Only candidates located in the United States will be considered. Office headquarters and operational business hours are based in Edina, Minnesota (CDT).

What Your Day Looks Like As An Account Executive
  • Target prospective clients and perform cold calls in an effort to win new business
  • Perform introductory calls with clients and begin to establish a professional relationship
  • Review proposals to ensure accuracy of information
  • Strive to close deals to grow the revenue of the organization
  • Successfully meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual closed sales quota
  • Follow up with existing accounts to ensure deadlines will be met and client satisfaction
  • Regularly test and innovate sales techniques and strategies for securing new accounts
  • Consistently build upon knowledge of FRSecure and the organization’s service offerings
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging cybersecurity solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships, build rapport, and nurture client relationships
Working Hours

This is a full-time position worked Monday‑Friday each week, with the expectation that the responsibilities can be completed in 40 hours each week. Primary business hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm Central Time, however this position offers some flexibility in working schedule, while most importantly maintaining the expectations of the position, completing projects within defined deadlines, and participating in all company and team meetings.
