• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to set and maintain salesfloor merchandise displays and keep organized backroom space.
• Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Comply with federal, state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to your business.
• Use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) with compliance to laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Thank guests and convey appreciation for their visit.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; communicate effectively.
• Work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; scan, handle and move merchandise safely (up to 44 pounds).
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in temperatures from 34°F to
  -10°F as needed and in spaces with common allergens.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and elements while performing duties.
• Shift mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
