The Sales Associate is responsible for creating an outstanding optical experience for our guests by bringing together their knowledge, experiences, personality, and our high‑quality fashion brands.

• Drive Sales & Build Relationships:
  Hit sales targets, exceed expectations, and build lasting relationships by connecting with customers and helping them find products that meet their needs.

• Passion for Customer Service:
  Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is key.
• Sales Savvy:

• Tech‑Savvy & Detail‑Oriented:
  Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions.

Pay Range: $16.07 - $22.48

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
