As a Seasonal Champion, you play a key role in creating a welcoming, energized, and customer‑focused environment during our busiest time of year. You’ll lead by example—supporting your peers, driving a culture of service and sales across all channels, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store. Whether sharing product knowledge, helping customers find their perfect item, training new colleagues, or stepping in to support store operations, you bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine passion for hospitality to every shift.
Your leadership helps set the tone for the season and ensures customers and colleagues alike feel valued and supported.
- Every day starts with a positive example. You come in energized, wear your name badge with pride, greet teammates with warmth, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers. You help set the pace by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top‑selling items, and staying up to date on trends and promotions so you’re prepared to support the team and engage customers confidently.
- On the floor, you lead through action—welcoming customers and new colleagues with genuine hospitality, making eye contact, and starting friendly, personal conversations that build lasting relationships. You foster a welcoming culture by supporting onboarding efforts for new colleagues and setting the tone for consistent service from the start.
- You help maintain a shoppable space by recovering fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, helping with support functions in the store, and jumping in on merchandise moves to keep the floor looking great throughout the day.
- You help the team Finish Strong—reminding them to share loyalty benefits, ensuring customers leave with everything they need, and ending each interaction with a sincere thank‑you, often using the customer’s name and adding a personal touch.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12‑24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. - Adaptability: Handle various responsibilities related to the physical operation of the facility, including opening and closing the building and daily back‑of‑house functions.
- Flexibility: Available to support the needs of the business—days, evenings, weekends, and holidays—with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors; read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English; and be comfortable collaborating with customers and colleagues.
Physical Requirements You Will Perform
- Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting at least 25 lbs; stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; reaching, including above eye level.
