As a Sales Associate, you embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You'll assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate with team members and managers to drive business success, focusing on a seamless customer experience rooted in collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team, acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• At least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-­solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Hourly Range: $13.50 - $15.52
