Ebenezer is hiring an Registered Nurse/RN role who would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Long term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing leadership, nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more. Come join the Aurora on France Nursing community in Edina, MN!

• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

• Current MN RN license or by start date
• BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice. AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers.

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
• Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
