Edina Realty Title is looking for an experienced, self‑motivated, and energetic individual to manage the Edina, MN closing center. The incumbent may manage additional closing centers and staff, oversee closing staff and branch operations to ensure all proper closing procedures are performed and deadlines are met, and be responsible for the marketing and growth of the branch office. This is an in‑person role, working Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in the Edina, MN office.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee branch operations and ensure professional procedures are followed in the closing of real estate and mortgage transactions. Assign files as they are received by the branch. Maintain proper accounting of escrow funds, review lender packages, recording packages, and correct all if necessary.
  • Responsible for marketing and growing the branch volume.
  • Perform supervisory activities including recruiting, selecting, training, developing, evaluating, counseling, motivating, scheduling, supervising, and administering salary of office staff. Act as liaison between staff, managers, and sales associates.
  • Attend sales meetings, real estate company events, company title meetings, company management meetings, and interact with lending and banking institutions.
  • Receive and respond to customers’ inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Resolve issues that may arise from closing or day‑to‑day operations.
  • Monitor productivity of staff members to ensure customer needs are met.
  • May provide management reports, including projection reports, indexing reports, payout reports and other reports pertaining to the branch.
  • Manage branch budget, review profit and loss statements, prepare audits, and review and approve invoices.
  • Conduct educational and informational meetings for the staff.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience
  • Three to five years title closing experience in real estate or mortgage closing area.
  • One to two years of management experience.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
  • A customer service focus and ability to work as a member in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under pressure.
  • High degree of integrity. Self‑motivated, organized, detail oriented and possess a strong aptitude for figures.
  • Must be able to work independently; be resourceful and action oriented.
  • Effective analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Able to occasionally work extra hours during peak times of the month.
  • Ability to travel to company meetings and events when necessary.

Wage: $75,000 – $83,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
