Transparency Team Analyst – OBXtek

Position offering analytical and technical support within the Documentation Branch, ensuring Army authorization and requirements documentation integrity and compliance.

• Provides analytical and technical support to the Documentation Branch in maintaining and validating Army authorization and requirements documentation.
• Manages updates to MTOE, TDA, and BOIP data to ensure force structure accuracy and compliance with Army policies.
• Coordinates with HQDA G-3/5/7 Force Management, ASA(ALT), and AMC to align documentation with approved capabilities and modernization plans.
• Prepares reports, briefings, and data summaries supporting SPAR, POM, and AROC/JROC reviews.
• Ensures configuration control, version tracking, and audit readiness across documentation systems.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
• Expert analytical and technical skills in tactical radio systems, waveforms, and network interoperability, including evaluating capability performance, modernization impacts, and lifecycle sustainment of Army communication systems
• Advanced analytical and communication abilities to produce clear, data‑driven assessments supporting tactical network modernization
• Must possess a DoD Secret security clearance
