Our premier Plastic Surgery Clinic in Edina, MN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside skilled surgeons in a state-of-the-art environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care and aesthetic outcomes.

The CMA will play an essential role in supporting our surgeons and ensuring each patient receives an exceptional experience from consultation through post-operative care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting and has a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best.

$24-$27 Per Hour

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday (No weekends, evenings, or holidays!)
• Hours:
• • Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:15 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Assist surgeons and providers with consultations, in-office procedures, and post-operative care.
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms, maintain sterile technique, and ensure smooth clinical flow.
• Take and record vital signs, administer injections, and assist with wound care and dressing changes.
• Provide patient education and support before and after surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with clinical supply management.
• Collaborate closely with the care team to uphold our high standards of safety, service, and excellence.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience required; experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (AAMA, AMT, or equivalent) required.
• Current Minnesota State Certification as a CMA.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification required.
