As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide personalized, in-home care including:
- Friendly companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assistance with meal prep, medication reminders, and light errands
- Incidental transportation to appointments or outings
- 1:1 support with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
- Current CNA training and active listing on the MN State Registry
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
- A respectful, compassionate approach to client care
- Willingness to continue learning and growing professionally
