Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to play a key role in supporting individuals and their families through evidence-based behavioral health services. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, conduct functional assessments, and drive positive skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies to enhance quality of life and foster independence.
Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

- Deliver individualized ABA services, functional behavior assessments, and behavior intervention plans.
- Support skill development in adaptive, social, and daily living areas.
- Provide training, guidance, and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Partner with parents, caregivers, service providers, and funding sources to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes effectively.
- Current Board Certification (BCBA).
- Minimum of 5 years of ABA experience with demonstrated success in clinical service delivery.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Commitment to client-centered care and evidence-based practice.
- Board Certified (BCBA):
Active certification required. - ABA Expertise:
Deep knowledge of ABA, including assessments, functional analyses, and implementing behavior plans for skill-building and behavior reduction. - Strong Communicator:
Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with families, train staff, and guide RBTs. - Team Player:
Ability to work across families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care. - Leader & Mentor:
Experience supervising, coaching, and training RBTs and staff in evidence-based intervention strategies. - Compliance Mindset:
Understanding of HIPAA, state/federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
