Schedule: Full-time (40+ hours/week), Monday–Friday with scheduled call rotation

Compensation: 40% commission on net collections (post ramp period)

Position SummaryThe Plastic Surgeon will provide high-quality cosmetic and reconstructive surgical care while building long-term patient relationships through comprehensive consultation and individualized treatment planning. This role requires a commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and ethical medical practice, along with collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including:
- Facial procedures: facelift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, and related surgeries
- Breast procedures: augmentation, reduction, and reconstruction
- Body contouring: liposuction, abdominoplasty, and body lift procedures
- Non-surgical aesthetic treatments as appropriate
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and consultations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing, and support staff
- Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies
- MD from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Active or eligible Minnesota medical license
- Strong surgical skills and clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented approach to care
