Overview

Our client, a well established general contractor and design build company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager Estimator
. The successful candidate must be a seasoned professional with strong construction knowledge in project management and estimating materials and systems, along with a minimum of five years of successful experience in a similar role
. Projects include commercial, industrial, apartment, and assisted living developments
.

Our client is a professional building services company providing Design Build and General Contracting services in the Twin Cities area.

• As the Project Manager, you will manage all construction processes including estimating, contractor buyout, contracting, budget allocation, cost management, scheduling, material procurement, quantity tracking, conflict resolution, meeting project deadlines, coordination with project superintendents, coordination with external consultants, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Providing leadership across multiple construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, permitting, construction execution, and project closeout
• Preparing material estimates for customer quotes including hard bid and conceptual estimating
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
• Reviewing shop drawings prior to approval
• Issuing RFIs as required and expediting shop drawing approvals

Full time, Monday through Friday

Pay range: $68,485.48 to $ per year
