Position: ADOS/ADI-R Assessor (HCPC Registered) (Contract)
Autonomy in assessment | Structured MDT support | Outside IR35 | NHS RtC pathway work

If you’re a Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech and Language Therapist with experience delivering high-quality autism assessments, this ASD Assessor role offers focused clinical work without the burden of end-to-end report ownership. You’ll work within a clearly defined RtC CAMHS pathway, contributing specialist assessments that directly support timely NHS outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for structured ADOS and ADI-R delivery, with report compilation completed by the wider MDT. This is a role designed for clinicians who value clinical clarity, professional boundaries, and well-governed assessment work.

Package & Benefits

• Hourly rate, to be confirmed.

• Outside IR35 engagement.

• Face to face ADOS delivery, with ADI-R offered on a hybrid basis.

About the Company
A growing independent London-based RtC clinic delivering structured CAMHS autism assessments through NHS Right to Choose pathways. The service operates with clear governance, MDT collaboration, and defined clinical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one hour ADOS assessments in line with NICE and NHS RtC standards.

• Conduct 2 to 3 hour ADI-R assessments, hybrid where appropriate.

• Produce high-quality report inserts for MDT colleagues to compile final diagnostic reports.

About You

• HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech and Language Therapist.

• Demonstrable experience delivering ADOS and ADI-R assessments within CAMHS or equivalent services.

• Confidence working within MDT diagnostic pathways and NHS aligned governance frameworks.
