Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Full Time

Teach Now Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a fantastic primary school in Harrow that is seeking an enthusiastic, confident and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

The HLTA role will involve working predominantly across Key Stage 1, with some flexibility to support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 when required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering phonics interventions and targeted small-group booster sessions

• Providing class cover where appropriate

• Supporting teachers with planning, preparation and assessment

• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

• Adapting to the needs of different year groups as required
