About LPC Maintenance Ltd

Established in 1995, LPC Maintenance Ltd is a trusted property maintenance company operating across Greater London. With a team of over 50 engineers, we provide reactive and planned maintenance services to landlords, housing associations, and commercial clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Planner / Scheduler to join our operations team in North London.

The Role

As a Planner / Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating maintenance works and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our service. You will be responsible for scheduling engineers, liaising with clients, and maintaining accurate job records.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, schedule, and allocate maintenance jobs to engineers across London

* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and housing associations regarding repairs and servicing

* Manage inbound calls, emails, and portal enquiries

* Mon Itor job progress and review engineer reports and photographs

* Update internal systems with accurate notes and job information

* Provide administrative support to the operations team

* Keep clients and internal teams informed of job updates

About You

* You will be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Essential Skills and Experience

* Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, property maintenance, or helpdesk administration

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

* Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure

* Good written and spoken English

* Reliable and a strong team player
