Facilities Coordinator

Assignment Duration: 6th months (with possible extension )

The client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of their facility on a military base. This role involves coordinating with vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently and safely. The Facilities Coordinator will exercise independent judgment to prioritize tasks, supervise work completion, and maintain smooth communication between all parties.

• Escort third-party vendors and contractors while on the client site.
• Supervise the completion of facility tasks and maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to schedule services and clarify the scope of work.
• Exercise independent decision-making to prioritize tasks and resolve minor issues.
• Assist with light technical, mechanical, or plumbing work when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Basic technical skills for minor repairs (screwdriver, light mechanical, or plumbing work) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Open to candidates with varying levels of experience and educational backgrounds.
