About Our Nurse Residency Transition Program (NRTP)
St. Elizabeth Healthcare welcomes all Registered Nurses with less than one year of experience to apply to our Nurse Residency Transition Program (NRTP). The NRTP assists newly graduated nurses in transitioning from student nurse to professional nurse. Residents experience education, support, and follow-up during the first year. The program includes didactic instruction and simulation, and is designed to improve confidence, competence, critical thinking, prioritization, time management, communication, and leadership skills.

About Our NCLEX Review Courses
St. Elizabeth Healthcare offers new graduate nurses an opportunity to participate in an NCLEX Review Program. This includes:

• Paid NCLEX review sessions with experienced RN Educators
• Free Subscription to UWorld
• Reimbursement for NCLEX exam fee once successfully passed

• Shift Differentials $4.00 per hour
• Earn up to a $12k bonus for night shift opportunities
• 403b match plus a generous employer contribution – up to a 6% match
• Gainsharing – company wide profit sharing
