• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously and professionally

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Customer-focused service provider both on and off the sales floor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office

• Experience in retail or customer service roles
• Familiarity with retail technology and operational processes
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement
• Open to feedback and willing to learn
