The Salon Assistant plays a key role in supporting the stylists and maintaining the elevated client experience Bellas Beaute Studio is known for. This position is designed for someone serious about building a long term career in the beauty industry. This role includes hands‑on learning in advanced color and extensions techniques, education in luxury client service, structured mentorship, and the opportunity to transition into a Stylist position based on performance and growth.
We are looking for someone who understands that this role requires initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to grow.
