Security Officer - Gatehouse Access

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.;
Control access at entrances, loading areas, and/or employee-only locations by verifying identification, managing sign-in logs, and directing authorized visitors to the appropriate destination.;
Monitor doors, gates, and other access points for unauthorized entry and help to deter policy violations through presence and professional communication.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Complete detailed reports, visitor records, and shift activity logs, and communicate security-related information to oncoming personnel and site representatives.
