Hourly Wage

Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Health and Beauty associate are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
