Base pay will be determined by the applicant's skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Depending on state regulations and certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with medication and treatments as prescribed, observing and reporting responses.
• Certified Medication Aides/Techs ensure the medication supply room is organized, assist with medication cart audits, and coordinate with pharmacies for medication delivery.
• Completion of required training/certification is mandatory based on state regulation.
