Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, a proven ability to manage mid-level commercial accounts, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Provide day-to-day customer service for mid-level commercial accounts
• Collaborate with producers and account executives to ensure seamless client experiences
• Handle renewal business processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
• Support the commercial team in achieving organizational goals and delivering high-quality service

• Licensure/Designations:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role within the commercial lines insurance industry
• Proven ability to manage mid-level commercial accounts effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (specific software experience preferred but not required)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
