SALES ASSOCIATE – Part-Time

We are looking for part-time sales associates who are enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and hard-working!

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exemplary selling and customer service that is designed to improve the productivity and profitability of the store. The Sales Associate provides the customer with product recommendations and solutions by working proactively with them and serves as a role model of best practice retail execution. The overall focus is on sales, service, and relationship-building at all times.

Additionally, inventory management procedures, conducting product sets, stocking, housekeeping, and assisting with stockroom duties are performed as assigned. The Sales Associate works closely with the corporate store team and reports directly to the Store Manager.

Required Qualifications

• If under 18, must meet work permit requirements.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.

• Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Adaptability, responsiveness to feedback, and proficiency with technology.
• Willingness to learn the business.

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform fine motor tasks.
• Ability to work at heights, bend, kneel, squat, and reach overhead.
• Exposure to dust, cleaning agents, noise, scents, and outdoor conditions as applicable.
• Must communicate effectively in person and over the phone.

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position working 6-20 hours per week, up to 28 hours on average.

$10.59/hr
