You will be responsible for assisting guests in scheduling service appointments for their motorcycle and performing assessments to determine required service.

• Answer incoming service phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Schedule guest appointments.
• Inspect motorcycles on drop‑off and perform walk‑around.
• Advise guests on necessary repairs.
• Enter Repair Order notes and recommend repairs.
• Follow up on parts ordered for Repair Orders.
• Close repair orders and handle cashiering.
• Assist parts department with cashiering customers and selling parts/apparel.
• Move motorcycles around the shop.
• Participate in motorcycle events and activities.

• General understanding of motorcycle mechanics (dealership experience preferred).
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid motorcycle endorsement. Selected candidates must submit to a motor vehicle records check.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Experience working on motorcycles (dealership preferred).
• Passion for motorcycles.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High level of personal and professional integrity.
• Excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills.

Up to 5% domestic travel may be required.
