Cashier​/Food Service Worker

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

United Health Group - 11000 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.

Schedule:

Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, day shift. Further details upon interview.

One year of food service experience preferred.

Fixed Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

• Operates Point of Sale system and assists the Chef; prepares coffee and keeps coffee and cashier stations clean.
• Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts. Also helps prepare catering orders.
• Performs cashier duties using the POS system. Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Performs general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Maintains cash accuracy with receipts and makes deposits at the end of each shift.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products; sets up serving line and ensures temperatures are within acceptable ranges; notifies cooks if temperatures are out of range.
• Keeps refrigerator stocked and products rotated using the first in, first out rule; stocks pantries with correct par levels; records replenished amounts and temperatures as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
