Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Certified School Nurse (CSN) for a full-time, school-based assignment near Lake Moses, WA, beginning January 2026 and continuing through the end of the school year.

As a Certified School Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students’
physical and emotional health
, ensuring they are healthy, safe, and ready to learn each day. You’ll collaborate closely with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to deliver thoughtful, student-centered care throughout the school environment.

• Assess and support student health needs during the school day and school-sponsored activities
• Monitor physical and emotional health concerns that may impact learning
• Initiate referrals for diagnosis and treatment and provide ongoing follow-up care
• Communicate health-related needs and concerns to appropriate school staff
• Utilize evidence-based practices and student health data to guide care decisions
• Advocate for students by encouraging independence, self-management, and effective communication
• Maintain ethical and equitable nursing practices while protecting student and family privacy
• Develop and manage individualized student care plans, including:
  • Individual Emergency Plans (IEPs) for life‑threatening conditions
  • Individual Health Plans (IHPs) for medically fragile students or those requiring nursing interventions
