Solventum is seeking Machine Operator candidates to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN!

• Starting Pay: $25.80/hr + $1.50/hour shift differential
• Shift: 3rd Shift ( 9:00pm - 5:30am, Sunday - Thursday)

As a Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the Machine and Packaging lines to produce and package products.
• Determining product quality via daily checks and inspections.
• Leading machine setups in accordance with applicable procedures and setup sheets.
• Implementing adjustments as necessary to produce quality products.
• Creating and maintaining all paperwork and run records per cGMP requirements.
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Minimum of three (3) months of manufacturing experience
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $25.80/hour, with the potential for future pay increases. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
