CI & Reliability Leader - Multi-Site Food Manufacturing

A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader to enhance its operational excellence throughout its network. This role will design and execute a long-term CI strategy, mentor teams on Lean principles, and ensure continuous improvement practices are integrated into all operations. Candidates must have extensive experience in aseptic food manufacturing and demonstrate strong leadership skills. This is a full-time position based at the corporate office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
