The Vice President, Product Management is responsible for planning, developing and executing the product strategies in partnership with the sales and marketing teams, identifying new opportunities, and creating growth strategies to drive revenue growth for the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales to build sales strategies with current and prospective customers, track progress, identify and address gaps to facilitate organizational growth.
  • Own and drive product analytics for high-value insights into product strategy and implement strategies in coordination with business objectives.
  • Build pipeline, review pipeline, and forecast, as well as provide additional required support in assisting sales teams.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects focused on strategic growth by identifying key insights from data, competitive environment, industry trends, and operating metrics.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and sales, share best practices, and act as the voice for sales teams.
  • Manage relationships with key partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or related field. Master’s preferred.
  • 12+ years of Product Management or sales experience.
  • 6+ years of leadership experience.
