As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they're done on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track. Travel is an integral part of the role.

• Leading Others:
  Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects. Encourage collaboration and teamwork among associates. Resolve store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns.
• Project Ownership:
  Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders. Minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop Associates:
  Provide supervision and development opportunities for your team members. Listen and act on ideas, suggestions, questions, or concerns. Evaluate talent, train and mentor, provide recognition, and identify career paths for associates.

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.

Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.

• Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is a role requirement. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17–21 days at a time.
• Travel areas are based on project workload and will change as the business needs. Associated will be based out of a home store but can expect to travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for Realty Project Coach roles. Time traveling is not paid.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $110,000.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in the same areas.

• Master's degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management‑Professional Certification.

• Have reliable transportation.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring belonging awareness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open‑Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
