We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4
HANA Trainer to support end‑user training during an SAP S/4
HANA implementation. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging instructor‑led training, facilitating hands‑on learning sessions, and helping employees confidently adopt new SAP processes and tools.
The ideal candidate has strong SAP S/4
HANA functional knowledge and experience delivering enterprise system training to business users. This role requires close collaboration with instructional designers, SAP functional SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure training materials are delivered effectively and aligned with business processes.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4
HANA navigation and business processes. - 3–6 years of SAP training or enterprise systems training experience.
- Experience delivering instructor‑led training (ILT) or virtual training programs.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for technical and business audiences.
- Ability to explain complex SAP concepts in clear, practical terms for end users.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced implementation environment with evolving training needs.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4
HANA or ERP transformation training programs. - Experience delivering scenario‑based training or business process walkthroughs.
- Familiarity with training labs, system simulations, or guided exercises.
- Experience supporting large enterprise training rollouts or go‑live readiness activities.
- Experience collaborating with instructional designers and SAP functional teams.
