On-Demand Group is currently seeking for a Security Project Manager for a 6-month contract engagement.

• Must-Have: 7+ years of Project Management experience with at least 3+ years specifically in Cybersecurity.
• Must-Have:
  Strong understanding of IAM (Identity & Access Management), MFA, and Zero Trust principles.
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with Zscaler, Cyber Ark, and Conditional Access sequencing.
• Preferred:
  Experience managing infrastructure-related security projects (Data Center backups, firewall policy strategy).

You are a proactive communicator who doesn't shy away from complex technical "weeds." You can navigate a large organization, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and are committed to seeing long-term programs through to completion.

Join a Cybersecurity Resilience team to drive a comprehensive multi-year remediation roadmap. This role is pivotal in reducing organizational risk by leading critical initiatives across Identity Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust Architecture, and External Asset Hardening. You will work directly with the CISO and Portfolio Leadership to translate security policy into actionable technical milestones.

Strategic Impact:
Influence the security posture of a major retail/distribution leader.

Modern Tech Stack:
Work with industry-leading tools like Zscaler, Cyber Ark, and FIDO2 technologies.

• Drive Remediation:
  Lead the execution of projects including MFA rollouts (FIDO2), Identity Proofing, and Zero Trust implementation.
• Reduce Lateral Movement:
  Oversee the implementation of Cyber Ark Cloud, ZSP, and Just-In-Time (JIT) access controls.
• Asset Hardening:
  Manage the "Harden External Assets" project, focusing on Conditional Access Policies (CAP) and Active
  
  IDM integration.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
  Coordinate with vendors (Dell, Veeam, Zscaler) and internal IT Leads to ensure hardware and software deployments meet security standards.
• Reporting:
  Provide "Leadership Callouts" on program status, identifying risks in policy sequencing or resource constraints.

The projected hourly range for this position is $75 to $85.
