This is an exciting job opportunity for you as an Electronics Technician-Lead in Eden Prairie, MN with Signify. Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

• Oversee daily work for electronic technicians
• Inspection of printed circuit boards for manufacturers’ quality
• Testing of printed circuit boards using automatic and manual testers
• Troubleshooting and repairing printed circuit boards to the component level
• Light mechanical assembly

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

• 2-year Electronics Degree including 1+ year leading a team in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with SMT and thru-hole repairs and rework; proficient soldering skills required
• Experience repairing printed circuit boards to the component level
• Ability to use an oscilloscope and DMM; mechanically inclined preferred
• Working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Windows
• Knowledge of serial communications a plus

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Starting Rate - $31.93 to $46.09 depending on experience
