Job Description

This is a Contract position based out of Eden Prairie, MN, fully remote.

We are looking for a project and program manager with a decade of experience and strong knowledge of HEDIS in Health Care. The role is highly visible and involves working with multiple business and technology teams.

• Create a project plan for Business Teams complete with milestones.
• Track task completion and new task additions in the plan.
• Report progress to senior leaders weekly.
• Track issues, assigned accountable parties, and resolve them.
• Track risks and dependencies, mitigate them to keep the program on track.

• 10+ years project/program management experience in highly visible technology programs.
• 10+ years managing IRAADs, project plans, milestone plans, weekly status.
• 5+ years experience in an agile environment.
• 3+ years experience in HEDIS quality.
• Prior experience in Healthcare; HEDIS exposure required.
• Experience in a highly matrixed organization.
• Ability to apply Extreme Ownership principles to daily work.
• Ability to motivate individuals without direct reporting relationships.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Independent work ability.

Pay range: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour.
