Fraser is currently seeking passionate individuals to take a leadership role within the direct care staff at one of our group homes. This position requires a self-motivated and responsible applicant with strong communication skills. Responsibilities- The Assistant Coordinator (Lead) provides support to our House Coordinator, direct care to residents, and mentoring and training to Direct Support staff. In this role, you will assure active treatment, completion of personal cares, and the achievement of personal goals of clients receiving services.
- General duties include, but are not limited to: weekly/monthly financial documentation, on-site training, tracking and arranging clients’ medical appointments, identifying and arranging extracurricular activities, tracking and ordering medical supplies/general supplies/food stock, and providing direct cares as needed.
- $19/hour pay rate
- Weekend shift differential ($1.00 added to base pay rate for hours worked 10pm Friday through 9am Monday.)
- If an employee works overtime in a week where the weekend shift differential was applied, the shift differential rate will be factored into a blended overtime rate.

Current openings include Plymouth, Brooklyn Park and Hopkins, with other Minneapolis Metropolitan areas based on business need.
Requirements- High School diploma/equivalent preferred; post-secondary education preferred.
- At least six months of experience working with people who have developmental disabilities or related conditions preferred.
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
- Ability to pass MN DHS background study.
