Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for filling daily prescription orders, including punch cards, bulk items, over-the-counter medications, compounding, cassettes, and prepacks. You will also manage medication inventory, print daily orders for the pharmacy, and produce labels and delivery sheets.

Responsibilities

+ Fill daily prescription orders including punch cards, bulk items, OTCs, compounding, cassettes, and prepacks.

+ Stock and restock medication inventory.

+ Print daily orders for the pharmacy.

+ Print labels and delivery sheets.

Essential Skills

+ Registered Pharmacy Technician with the State of MN.

+ 6+ months of pharmacy experience filling prescriptions in retail, hospital, or similar settings.

+ Strong customer service skills.

+ Data entry skills.

+ Experience working in environments like Target, Walgreens, CVS, or Cub Foods.

Work Environment

+ This position offers a closed-door environment, not customer-facing, where you will work with educated professionals in your own cubical.

+ The schedule is predictable, operating in a technology-driven setting that feels like a growing startup.

+ The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with rotating weeks on the first and second shifts.

+ Availability for every third weekend, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, is required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
