Overview

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Behavioral Health Technician, based in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you will provide direct support and intervention to clients, implementing behavior plans and assisting with daily therapeutic activities. You will collaborate closely with clinical teams and families to monitor progress, document client behavior, and ensure effective care. The role requires empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering the well-being of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Proficiency in implementing Behavioral Interventions and understanding Psychology concepts
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, families, and teams
- Experience working with individuals with developmental, emotional, or behavioral difficulties is a plus
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations
- CPR or First Aid certification is preferred but not required
