Registered Dietitian

Anyone’s Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian to provide outpatient nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults in a private practice setting. This hybrid role includes both in-person care at our Eden Prairie location (minimum two days per week) and telehealth services. We are looking for a dietitian that has experience and/or is interesting in working with clients with disordered eating and/or has an eating disorder diagnosis.

• Registered Dietitian with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of RD experience, including 1+ year working with eating disorders
• Strong counseling skills with a trauma-informed, client-centered approach
• Comfortable collaborating with therapists, physicians, and treatment teams
• Motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a private practice setting

• Provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and ongoing medical nutrition therapy for clients
• Develop individualized meal plans and recovery-focused nutrition goals
• Monitor clinical progress, including labs, vitals, weight trends, and client-reported outcomes
• Complete timely and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
• Coordinate care with external providers and higher levels of care when appropriate
• Maintain continuity of care with an emphasis on client retention and follow-up
• Lead or co-lead groups as assigned
• Contribute to development and review of nutrition education materials
• Support interns or students as assigned
• Participate in marketing, outreach, and community education as needed
